Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all eco-friendly garment tags are still intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
